Anna was our Real Estate agent. She was very professional, she listened to what I wanted and did not want and was very prompt with emails and phone calls. We were unable to see the condo prior to purchasing it so she took us on a tour of the unit via a virtual tour. We were casually looking at homes and we met a lot of agents along the way. Anna stood out from the rest because she was very genuine and I could tell she loved her job. While looking at new homes for our growing family, we also used her as the listing to sell our existing home. Throughout the homebuying process, her communication was excellent and always made time for any showing. Even for some properties we weren't sure about viewing, she'd stop by and take a video for me to see if I wanted to move forward with a showing. We eventually found a home that was right for us, and she had our back throughout the entire homebuying process. She worked with the seller's agent to make sure everything was squared away before closing. When it came to selling our old home, I could tell she was invested and put in effort and time. She held many open houses and generated plenty of leads and offers, even in a slow market. When it came to counter offers, she offered excellent insight and advice along the way. And without some of her expertise about HOA's, home inspection experiences (encountered here in Florida) and even homeowner's insurance requirements after the fact. I might've negotiated with less concerns about important and valid issues after closings, i.e., roof and AC lifespan and homeowners insurance practices. I'll be using Anna again for sure.
